Stilles Sitzen – SenZaKu

Sitzen. Kein Ziel, keine Technik.

SenGeKu is a long-term art project cultivating embodied presence, stillness, and regeneration – a culture practice in the spirit of Joseph Beuys that gently reshapes the logic of exhaustion.

Day. Movement. Stillness.

Modern society has lost touch with the human being’s natural state of living.
Stress, overstimulation, and instrumental thinking overwhelm our ability to regenerate.

SenGeKu cultivates another mode:
Perception instead of pursuit.
Movement without urge.
Stillness without technique.

What begins in the body reshapes thought, feeling, and decision-making.
Not for individual optimization –
but as a contribution to the question of what it means to be human in this era.

SenGeKu is a long-term art project
in the tradition of Joseph Beuys’ expanded concept of art:
a living culture practice that reshapes society through embodied presence, everyday awareness, and deep regeneration.

It is not a method, not a course –
but a sculptural process of returning to the biological ground state of the human being: calm, connected, clear.
A practice of remembering what industrial life made us forget.
A quiet answer to the logic of exhaustion.
